These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Blu Smooth website located at the domain name www.blusmooth.com

The term ‘Blu Smooth’, ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘we’ refers to the owners of the website: Blu Smooth (PTY) LTD; registered address: 260 Walmer Blvd, Walmer, Port Elizabeth, 6001, South Africa. Company registration number: The term ‘you’ refers to the User of our website.

Privacy Policy

At Blu Smooth we respect our customers and users privacy.

The personal information of users will be protected by Blu Smooth who shall take all reasonable steps to do so The private information required for executing the orders placed through the website, namely the User’s personal information and telephone numbers will be kept in the strictest confidence by us and not sold or made known to third parties. Only the delivery address and contact phone number, will be made known to third parties delivering our products.

Credit card details are not submitted to or stored by us under any circumstances. Credit card details are submitted directly to our secure payment gateway provider, MyGate.

Blu Smooth cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the User’s electronic device (personal computer or other electronic device used to access the website).

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically and without prior notice to you to reflect changes in our personal information practices.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your product purchase or if you have chosen an incorrect wetsuit size; we will accept returns or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

Please note:

Returns will only be accepted if the product is returned in it’s original condition, unused and in it’s original packaging within 14 days of purchase.

No wetsuit returns or exchanges can be accepted if the wetsuit has been damaged or altered in any way or if the 14 day return period has been exceeded.

The shipping cost of any returns will be borne by the buyer. The cost of a replacement wetsuit will be borne by us.

All returned products will be subject to inspection by us before a refund or an exchange can be made.

Cancellation Policy

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 it is your legal right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of the product.

If you wish to cancel your order and the products are not damaged or incorrectly supplied, then you must inform us of this within seven working days following the date of receipt of the goods.

Products must be returned promptly, unused in their original packaging and at your expense.

Delivery Policy

We will endeavour to deliver all products ordered within the time period specified on your order.

If your products have not arrived within the time specified, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
